Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver top-notch customer service and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Capability to maintain cleanliness and follow procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Work well independently and in a team
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable
