Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
