Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and stock merchandise up to 45 pounds
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry items throughout the store
• Operate equipment and fulfill duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Work in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
