Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and ensure shelves are neatly organized.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and help monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
