Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store remains well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
