Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
