We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Follow ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange product displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
