Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with store management on product feedback and issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
