Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the smooth operation of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and policies, ensuring data security
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Work well independently and in a team environment
• Meet requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
• High School Diploma preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
