Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any product issues or losses.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers efficiently.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
