Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to inventory management and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team setting.
