Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's operations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves, merchandising products, and conducting general cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
