Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to ensure the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any store-related issues
• Participate in inventory counts following guidelines
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies while maintaining document security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe operation of store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
