Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance. Responsibilities include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing customer assistance, and collaborating with team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
