Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team, working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies to minimize losses and uphold security measures.
• Comply with company procedures and maintain document confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting cleaning standards and company policies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Aptitude to work independently and within a team environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask professionally.
• Meet state and local mandates for handling alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
