Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of working both independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
