Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and the store maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases efficiently, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in store inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
