We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
