Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a neat store environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and handle inventory according to guidelines.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
