Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking products, and cashiering duties. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Contribute to inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and various equipment
• Capability to meet physical demands of stocking and organizing merchandise
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
