Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
