Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and clean, providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills at all times.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with store management, and provide feedback.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to retail knowledge.
