Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store is well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies, uphold security, and maintain confidentiality of data

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and within a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
