Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandise stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.
• Work independently as well as in a team, following instructions and multitasking efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
