Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position involves cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow cash handling policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
