Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with the store management team and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Follow cash handling policies and minimize losses to uphold store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Basic understanding of company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
