Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory processes and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash handling procedures and company policies diligently.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Skilled in operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions efficiently.
- Meet all state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
