Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational concerns to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
