Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) expected for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and assist customers with exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash procedures, and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
