Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock monitoring.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain store standards, and handle products safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
