Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and that customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill store operations and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization while restocking merchandise and maintaining attractive displays.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Participate in inventory management and report any issues or discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
