Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and customers have an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of stocking and store maintenance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
