Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to uphold ALDI's standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company procedures and uphold security measures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
