Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
