Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and report product issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
