Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with team members and management while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the store's appearance.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in inventory management and store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate equipment effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
