Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate! As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. From cashiering to merchandising, you will be an essential part of the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
