Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
