Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential environment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
