Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies while maintaining store standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
