Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operational knowledge of cash registers and store equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
