Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a high level of customer service and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and company policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
