Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the necessary Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
