Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous work experience in retail is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
