Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
