Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays with precision.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comply with safety guidelines and handle alcoholic beverages per regulations.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
