Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with shopping needs and provide outstanding service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to enhance store operations.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
