Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. A key part of your role will be to enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience

• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience accepted.
