We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
