Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and customers have a positive shopping experience. In this position, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and assist customers in finding products.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management regarding product issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for all customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
